Tech Lead Full Stack Developer

A company is looking for a Full Stack Developer - Tech Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Define technical architecture and development approaches for full stack projects

Lead design sessions, establish coding standards, and enforce best practices

Mentor engineers in leveraging GenAI tools effectively, focusing on CursorAI workflows

Required Qualifications

Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer with expertise in .NET (C#) and React

Familiarity with GenAI development tools such as CursorAI or GitHub Copilot

Solid understanding of modern software development practices, including CI / CD and version control (Git)

Ability to work independently in a remote, project-driven environment

Experience in Fintech, payments, or financial services software is preferred
