As a Security Professional - Unarmed Chemical Patrol in Houston, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical / Petrochemical, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned chemical and petrochemical locations, helping to deter security-related incidents through your visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols and interact with individuals on site, providing exceptional customer service and communication. This is a driving post, requiring you to operate a vehicle as part of your patrol duties. What You'll Do :
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sitesSupport operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and educationReceive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teamsDeliver consistent, professional security presence and customer serviceBe ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs ariseResponsibilities :
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior.Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized access within a chemical or petrochemical location.Observe and report any unusual conditions, incidents, or hazards to Allied Universal management and / or client representatives.Assist with access control procedures, including verifying credentials and / or visitor identification as required by site policies.Support emergency response protocols as directed by site procedures and Allied Universal guidelines.Maintain detailed and accurate logs and / or incident reports as required by site policies.What We're Looking For :
