Key Responsibilities

Manage preconstruction planning and forecasting from concept through construction documents

Lead design management, value engineering, and constructability reviews to align technical requirements with cost and schedule

Drive preconstruction budgeting, cost modeling, and procurement strategies to optimize project delivery

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in preconstruction or design management for complex commercial developments

Expertise in cost modeling, schedule forecasting, value engineering, and constructability reviews

Experience with multi-billion-dollar portfolios across multiple regions

Ability to coordinate across various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors

Proven ability to communicate complex technical and cost information to executive leadership
