Travel Hospital Pharmacist - $3,132 per week

Premier Medical Staffing Services is seeking a travel Pharmacist for a travel job in Mishawaka, Indiana.

Job Description & Requirements

• 40 hours per week
• Shift : 8 hours, evenings
• Employment Type : Travel
• Indiana State License required
• Preferred EPIC EMR experience
• FT 72 hours (work 7 days on and then off for 7 days)
• Evening / night from 4pm to 2 : 30 am (last two nights shifts go until 3 : 30am to make up 72 hours total)
• Next rotation will start on 10 / 1 / 25 to 10 / 7 / 25 and is every other week from there
• EOW
• Pharmacists work every other weekend
• Pharmacists are responsible for working any weekend or holiday that falls on their scheduled 7 day rotation
