About the Role

As a TurboTax Live Seasonal Local Service Expert , you will be the trusted advisor for clients, providing exceptional tax preparation and advisory services. Your role will involve :

  • On-Site Engagement : Work directly with clients at TurboTax locations, offering both in-person and virtual support.
  • Tax Expertise : Handle a variety of tax situations, from simple W2 filings to complex scenarios involving business income and investments.
  • Community Building : Establish long-term relationships and grow TurboTax’s client base within your local community.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide Tax Expertise : Deliver hands-on tax advice and preparation services, ensuring clients maximize their refunds and minimize liabilities.
  • Be a Community Ambassador : Actively engage with potential clients and organize local events to foster customer relationships.
  • Educate and Communicate : Host learning events and participate in local marketing efforts to demystify taxes for your community.
  • Build Relationships : Connect with clients on a personal level, turning one-time transactions into lasting partnerships.
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience : Use state-of-the-art communication tools to assist clients and address their tax-related challenges.

    • Who You Are

    We’re looking for individuals who are :

  • Credentialed : Hold active EA, CPA, or Attorney credentials with strong tax preparation experience.
  • Experienced : Have at least 2 years of paid experience filing individual tax returns using professional software.
  • Community-Oriented : Passionate about engaging with your local community and building a social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
  • Bilingual : Spanish-speaking skills are a plus!
