Job Title : Pharmacy Technician
Job Description
Join our team as a Pharmacy Technician, where you will play a crucial role in processing and filling prescription orders. You will be responsible for preparing prescriptions for pharmacist verification, as well as packing and shipping completed orders to patients. This position requires you to maintain drug inventory and automated dispensing units and replenish work station supplies as needed. You will work within multiple computer systems and respond to questions or provide specific medication details and clinical information.

Work Environment
This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week from Sunday to Thursday, with Friday and Saturday off. The shift is from 3 : 00 PM to 11 : 30 PM, and occasional overtime or weekend work may be necessary due to business needs. The role requires standing for the entire shift and involves medication filling, not just data entry. You must be comfortable lifting boxes weighing up to 40+ lbs and pushing or lifting lighter boxes. The fast-paced, high-volume environment demands accuracy and efficiency to deliver life-saving medications. Technicians rotate between different picking stations, including replenishments, manual puck stations, bottle counting with Kerby machines, and tray and spatula filling stations with Yuyama machines. There is also an offline station for troubleshooting within the pharmacy.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00 / hr.
