Key Responsibilities
Own customer outcomes and ensure value from solutions throughout their lifecycle
Negotiate long-term renewals and manage customer relationships, including program management
Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and deliver insights for improvement
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a Customer Success role
Experience managing large, multinational accounts
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
Strong technical acumen and program management skills
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is desirable
