We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Quality Assurance Analyst- Enterprise Systems to join our Project Office team to help ensure the successful delivery of high-impact projects between the business and IT. In this role you will play a critical role in maintaining and improving project quality standards. You will collaborate closely with project managers, business analysts, and technical teams to ensure project deliverables meet defined quality criteria and company standards. Your expertise will contribute to reducing risk, enhancing efficiency, and delivering superior outcomes.
Key Responsibilities :
Analyze business and technical requirements for the Guidewire implementation.
Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on system specifications.
Develop and implement QA processes, standards, and best practices for project initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and ensure alignment with quality goals.
Participate in project planning, design reviews, and status meetings to advocate for quality outcomes.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree preferred.
Experience in a business user role, quality assurance, testing analytics, or systems development is a plus.
Analytical mindset with a strong technical aptitude.
Creative and solution based.
