As a member of the SkyWater Manufacturing Systems team, the Technology Project Manager is a hands-on contributor role responsible for a portfolio of technology & software projects. You will lead efforts that will either modernize our existing applications or help bring new capabilities that deliver solutions that meet business objectives and strategies.

Responsibilities :

• Manage technology / software projects with big picture oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company strategies and coordinates various business and technical personnel during all project phases, from initiation through implementation.
• Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for resources required for specific projects or initiatives.
• Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring team members are actively working toward established milestones.
• Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable and actionable milestones, deliverables, and decision-points.
• Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects.
• Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with external vendors to develop plans to implement their technologies in accordance with company standards.
• Research and evaluate hardware and software technology options and weigh the cost / benefit analysis when making technology decisions.

Required Qualifications :

The annual salary range for this role is $76,480 - $114,720. Pay offered is based on many factors including, but not limited to, the job-related experience, skills, education, and credentials of each candidate.
