  • Needs to commute to Sandy, Utah office to work in office Mon-Fri

The Role :

We're looking for a seasoned Full Stack Developer with a startup mindset to join our Innovation Lab. This isn't your average corporate development role. You'll be a key player in a small, agile team, working on the entire lifecycle of new products, from initial concept to deployment and iteration. You'll have the autonomy to make impactful decisions, experiment with new technologies, and see your work directly influence the success of our ventures. Youll be connecting directly with our end users through many phases of the process. If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and outcome-driven environment and have experience turning ideas into reality in a startup setting, we want to hear from you.

What Youll Do :

  • Build prototypes and POCs to validate ideas quickly.
  • Own the end-to-end development of new applications and services.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to ship features that matter.
  • Work with modern tools like React, Angular, Node.js, Python, Go, and cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Design scalable APIs, intuitive UIs, and robust backend systems.
  • Embrace a build, measure, learn approach to innovation.

  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer in a startup or agile environment.
  • Strong portfolio of products youve built from scratch.
  • Proficiency in front-end frameworks and back-end languages.
  • Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and DevOps tools.
  • A passion for product-led development and user-centric design.

  • Experience with microservices, Docker / Kubernetes, and CI / CD pipelines.
  • Contributions to open-source projects.
