Position Summary
The Waudena Entrance Systems Territory Manager serves as the face of our brand, building strong relationships with key customers including dealers, lumberyards, contractors, and builders. This role focuses on driving sales growth through education, training, and effective territory management. You'll act as a solutions provider while aligning with the company's goals for market share expansion and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Increase sales and market share with Waudena accounts by executing strategic initiatives
Conduct regular customer visits to build relationships and uncover new opportunities
Drive customer programs from initiation through successful implementation
Promote and train customers and internal teams on digital tools (e.g., Storefront, Configurator)
Conduct educational and promotional presentations to audiences of various sizes
Represent Waudena at local, regional, and national trade shows and industry events
Accurately complete sales reports and submit in a timely manner
Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the customer experience
Uphold all company safety standards and practices
What You Bring
Strong presentation and communication skills
Ability to organize, prioritize, and execute multiple tasks effectively
Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with residential construction, remodeling, and multi-family projects (preferred)
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new applications and digital platforms
Self-motivated with a professional home office setup and reliable internet
Professional demeanor to represent the Waudena brand positively in all interactions
Education & Experience
High School Diploma required; College Degree preferred
2 5 years of sales experience, preferably in building materials or related industry
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with entrance systems is a plus, but not required
Working Conditions
Ability to travel up to 50%, including overnight stays
Must meet company driving standards (clean MVR required)
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs occasionally
