Two years of experience as an RN in acute care, med / surge, ICU, or ER settings (required). One year of experience in skilled, geriatric home health care with proficiency in Medicare OASIS documentation (required). Compensation : This is a salaried position with a robust bonus structure! Setting : This is a Monday-Friday, 8 : 30 AM to 5 PM position Additional Earning Opportunities : Receive extra compensation for on-call and after-hours visits Professional Development : Ongoing training, mentorship opportunities, and support for career development. Based in Tampa, FL, serving patients in Hillsborough County and surrounding areas.
Your Role as a Clinical Manager, RN :
- Supervise home health services to ensure patients receive high-quality care as prescribed by physicians.
- Review clinical documentation to ensure compliance with Medicare, Federal, Insurance, and Company guidelines.
- Follow and enforce Agency policies and procedures to set a strong example for the team.
- Maintain compliance with accepted professional standards, principles, and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Stay up to date on all relevant guidelines, policies, and protocols to support quality care.
