Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. • Work 12-hour night shifts from 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 00 AM\n
• Start date : ASAP\n
• Use EPIC electronic medical record system\n
• Required certifications : TNCC, BLS, ACLS (all via AHA)\n
• Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license required\n
• Coordinate and implement patient care specific to age of patient population served\n
• Provide quality care in efficient and safe manner consistent with unit standards\n
• Demonstrate performance consistent with mission, philosophy and goals of organization\n
• Maintain current knowledge and skills appropriate to age / type of patient population served\n
• Communicate clearly and concisely appropriate to developmental age of patient\n
• Handle emergency / crisis situations with physical demands including prolonged standing, walking, and heavy lifting\n
• Work in bloodborne pathogen environment with exposure to infectious diseases and x-rays\n
• Flexible schedule due to unexpected changes and emergencies\n
