Insight Global is working with a healthcare technology client to identify a team of Clinical Informatics Specialist. This company offers an AI tool that handles prior authorizations, affordability, and pharmacy coordination for every Rx that comes through it. As an Intelligence Associate, you’ll help set clinical standards and make sure our clients platform supports providers and patients accurately and efficiently. You’ll use your clinical experience to build clear processes, review data, and work with product and engineering teams to improve our tools. You’ll help make sure our system is reliable, safe, and reflects real-world medical needs.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
2–8 years as a board certified Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA), or similar advanced clinical role
, directly providing patient care and clinical decision making - a pharmacist may also be considered.
Experience as part of an interdisciplinary team in outpatient or specialty settings
, particularly in contexts involving medication prior authorizations and ensuring patient access to therapy
Strong written communication, with an ability to translate clinical complexity into context and logic that can be understood by non-clinical teams
Comfort and / or a strong interest in collaborating with product, engineering, and data science teammates on building new technologies
