Key Responsibilities
Research and identify high-potential creators across target categories
Build and manage a structured outreach pipeline to ensure consistent top-of-funnel activity
Execute personalized outbound campaigns to drive qualified creator meetings
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
1-2 years of professional experience in outbound sales, partnerships, or creator / influencer marketing preferred
Analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to turn performance metrics into actionable improvements
Self-starter with a proactive approach, able to balance execution with process building
Proficiency in SalesForce, Google Suite, Excel, and CRM systems
