The Role
Were looking for an Entry-Level Customer Service Coordinator to support our growing team. This role is perfect for someone organized, communicative, and eager to learn. Youll be helping to coordinate schedules, dispatch service requests, and ensure our customers and technicians stay aligned.
What Youll Do
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Coordinate service requests across plumbing, electrical, handyman, and solar divisions.
- Schedule and dispatch technicians based on skills, location, and availability.
- Communicate updates to customers and follow up on satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of jobs, schedules, and service outcomes.
