Now Hiring : Pediatric Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Full-Time or Part-Time | Chicago, IL

Location : Chicago Pediatric Therapy & Wellness Center, LLC

Position Type : Full-Time (Part-Time considered)

Schedule : 8 or 10-hour shifts | No nights | No weekends

Work Setting : In-person

Chicago Pediatric Therapy & Wellness Center is a therapist-owned, multidisciplinary pediatric practice committed to delivering top-tier therapy services to children and families across the Chicagoland area. We specialize in physical, occupational, speech, and behavioral therapies, offering services in our clinic, therapeutic learning programs, and through Early Intervention.

We are currently seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our collaborative, fun, and highly educated team. This role is ideal for a team-oriented therapist who thrives in a pediatric setting and is passionate about working with children and families.

What You’ll Do :

Provide direct therapy, counseling, and psychosocial assessments for pediatric clients and their families

Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive, family-centered care

Connect families with necessary community resources and support services

Engage in continuous learning and professional development to ensure best practices in care delivery

What We’re Looking For :

Master’s degree in Social Work

Active LCSW license in Illinois

Minimum of 4 years pediatric LCSW experience

Strong collaboration skills and a passion for working with children and families

Compensation & Benefits :

Salary : $70,000–$80,000 / year (Plus performance bonuses for full-time)
