What will you do?

Assist in resolving purchasing order discrepancies, perform periodic purchasing data reviews, audit, and monitor daily purchase order and accounts payable reports.

Run system reports as requested, assist Operations and Finance as related to our purchasing software.

Support a variety of tasks while exercising judgment and complete confidentiality.

Help with receiving and invoicing in our inventory and purchasing platform.

Prioritize work to meet deadlines with minimal guidance as to established times. Coordinates vendor appointments, maintenance, and environmental upkeep.

All other duties as assigned.

More about you

No high school diploma or GED required

Strong computer skills and the ability to learn computer programs as needed.

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written communication.

High level

of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations

Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
