job_description.job_card.job_descriptionIdentify and generate new residential and commercial painting leads Conduct on-site consultations and estimates with prospective clients Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, property managers, contractors, and business owners Follow up on inbound leads and referrals in a timely manner Prepare and deliver professional proposals and service presentations Meet or exceed monthly sales goals Work closely with project manager to ensure smooth project handoffs Maintain accurate records in CRM system 2+ years of sales experience (experience in painting, construction, or home improvement industry is a plus) Exceptional communication and presentation skills Ability to measure spaces and understand basic project scope Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented Valid drivers license and reliable transportation Comfortable with CRM tools and basic technology Uncapped commission Company-provided leads & marketing support Flexible schedule and independent work environment Supportive, team-oriented culture Opportunities for growth and advancement Company vehicle or mileage reimbursement (if applicable)
