Job Title : Customer Service Representative

Location : 3004 Spring Industrial Drive Suite C Powder Springs GA 30127 (Onsite)

Duration : 3-4 months possible permanent depending on needs of the business

Position Type : Hourly contract Position (W2 only)

Note :

  • Schedule / Remote Flexibility : -Onsite 5 days a week
  • Work Hours : 8 : 00-4 : 30
  • Interview Process : Phone screen and in person interview if selected.
  • Preferred Interview Times : Tuesday-Thursday 10 : 00-11 : 00; 1 : 00-3 : 00pm
  • Team Size : 14

Manager Intake Notes :

  • Dispatch, administrative task, reporting.

    • Job description :

  • Dispatching emergency and non-emergency calls to technicians.
  • Management of incomplete work orders and coordinating tech's returns.
  • Updating customer with ETA's.
  • Good communication skills required.
  • 2 years of experience.

    • Education and Experience requirement : Microsoft excel
