Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and testing, to streamline the manufacturing process and address any issues that may arise. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of manufacturing processes, including standard operating procedures, work instructions, and quality control protocols. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in manufacturing processes and implement changes to enhance overall performance. Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure the availability of materials and components required for manufacturing. Proactively identify and address manufacturing challenges, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions to meet project deadlines. Ensure that all manufacturing processes adhere to industry standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements. Provide training and guidance to manufacturing personnel to ensure proper execution of established processes and procedures. Stay informed about the latest advancements in manufacturing technologies and propose innovative solutions to enhance AVT Simulation's manufacturing capabilities. Qualifications Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in a technology-intensive or simulation industry. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control methodologies, and continuous improvement techniques. Proficiency in CAD software and experience working with manufacturing simulation tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical information to diverse stakeholders. Must be comfortable operating an array of small and large tools, and willing to learn how to use tools in safe manner.
