Raytheon, an RTX Company, is seeking an Analyst, Program Cost Control for the Constellation Management, Processing and Control (CMPC) portfolio. This position will directly support one or more programs within the CMPC portfolio. We are seeking a hard-working, energetic, and dedicated individual to contribute to the overall success of our program, as well as provide opportunities for career growth and advancements within the organization and company. In this role, you will have opportunities to work independently as well as collaborate with key functional stakeholders including Program Management to provide leadership and mentoring in financial reporting and processes.

Successful candidates will demonstrate an aptitude for efficiency, problem-solving, and resourcefulness, with a commitment to quality while developing their leadership skills as a key business partner. Successful candidates must also be able to work under deadlines and constraints as well as be able to multitask across a variety of tasks and work with all levels of the organization.

What You Will Do

• Maintain performance management baseline, to include incorporating BCRs, LRE updates, and month-end PMB reconciliation.
• Generate internal reports on cost and schedule performance for Program Leadership and Control Account Managers.
• Provide ad-hoc assistance, analysis, and reporting as requested by management and others.
• Generate monthly reports to our customers, such as Contract Funds Status Report (CFSR) and Business Management Report (BMR)
• Internal corporate reporting requirements such as revenue forecasts and Estimates at Complete (EAC).

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company's performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
