Loan Operations Support
The Loan Operations Support will be responsible for assisting the Loan Operations Department staff with the origination, collection, storage and organization of loan documents. Position will also be responsible for the processing of draw requests, verify lien waivers and completing necessary checklists to ensure loan files are complete, among other duties.
In This Role You Will :
Process Self Bankruptcies, Disputes, Goodwill Requests
Scan loan files into Director
Assemble loan documents into loan file
Pull loan files and send to appropriate location
Adverse Action requests
Assist with both internal and external audits and exams
Assist lending staff with maintaining loan files
Request and update expired ticklers weekly
Appraisal management - orders, tracking, billing
Insurance - tracking, force place
Process loan payments
Participation loan payments and maintenance
Daily loan general ledger balancing
Perform specific loan maintenance as directed for special projects
Order construction inspections from a third party inspector
Import construction inspection sheets into Director and maintain collateral fields monthly
Perform all other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
A minimum of 1 year experience as a lending assistant, loan servicer or loan support
Knowledge and experience of commercial and consumer lending and banking regulations, policies and procedures
Proficiency with Document Management software and document management practices
Competency with Loan Origination Systems that manage customer documentation and customer information files
A passion for fintech and the evolution of the new frontiers of technology and business
Strong attention to detail and product management skills
Client obsessed mentality
Strong organizational skills with experience in managing multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously
Excellent written and oral communication
Self starter, engaged, proactive and ready to roll up your sleeves
