CNC Machine Operator (Temp-to-Hire)
Location : Olathe, KS
Shift : 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM
Pay Rate : $18.00 per hour Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a manufacturing facility in Olathe. This role does not require programming knowledge—the operator will be responsible for running pre-set CNC programs to produce quality parts and materials. Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines by loading materials and running pre-established programs
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure accuracy and safety
- Inspect finished parts for quality and consistency
- Perform basic machine maintenance, such as cleaning work area and equipment
- Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
