Job Description

Job Description

Are you a recent law school graduate or an early-career attorney who feels a calling to champion the rights of everyday people? Maybe you are a mid-career attorney wanting to break out of a dull track and do meaningful work helping people get a fair deal from debt collectors and credit reporting agencies?

Do you have a genuine passion for consumer advocacy and want to use your legal skills to “help the little guy”? If you’re tired of the relentless grind and impersonal roles on “the dark side” representing corporations, banks, or insurance companies, this opportunity is for you. We’re searching for individuals who are motivated by making a real difference—who want to build a rewarding practice in consumer law, stand up for those facing unfair debt collection, and become a trusted advocate for their communities.

If you believe in supporting people during their toughest financial moments and want to grow in a place where your commitment to justice matters, we want to meet you!

While we’d love to have someone near our Fort Worth or Katy offices, we’re flexible. Hybrid and remote options are available , and we’re happy to discuss the arrangement that makes the most sense based on your experience and qualifications.

Compensation : $70,000 - $80,000

Responsibilities :

  • Represent clients in consumer protection matters, including FDCPA, FCRA, TILA, and DTPA cases.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses.
  • Appear in court for hearings, trials, and mediations.
  • Provide client-focused legal advice and maintain strong communication.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and staff to deliver effective case strategies.
  • Continue learning and growing in practice areas connected to consumer law, debt resolution, and financial justice.

Qualifications :

  • Active member of the American Bar Association (ABA)
  • Solid communication skills and problem-solving skills required in order to work with clients, staff members and senior attorneys
  • Candidates must have passed the bar exam
  • Ability to work with senior attorneys to best serve client needs and grow our client base
  • About Company
