In this role, you'll lead our in-club signage marketing channel, contribute to strategic planning efforts, and support innovation projects that enhance the member experience.
Job Description
- Lead our in-club signage marketing channel and provide input on the planning efforts that align with Sam's Club's broader business goals.
- Manage in-club signage and member-facing communications to ensure consistency and clarity across all projects and activations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partnersincluding Membership, Creative, Real Estate, Operations, and Complianceto align marketing plans with club timelines and business priorities.
- Serve as the day-to-day contact for agency partners to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery.
- Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
What You'll Bring :
35 years of experience in marketing or retail strategypreferably in a cross-functional or omni-channel environment.Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across departments and with external partners.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.Familiarity with marketing channels such as email, social, direct mail, and in-club activations.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Why You'll Love It Here :

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field and 1 year's experience in marketing or related field OR 5 years' experience in marketing or related field.
