As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a child and adolescent psychiatrist to expand this mission. This is a rare opportunity for someone drawn to precision, warmth, education, and collaboration in a recently renovated office in Back Bay Boston.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist. You'll provide 24 patient-facing hours per week of therapy + / - medication management for kids, families, and adults with a special emphasis on BIPOC and LGBTQ+ populations.

Beyond your clinical work, you’ll be an active member of our collaborative team. Key responsibilities include :

  • Participating in weekly team meetings and case discussions to support shared learning, coordinated care, and growth.
  • Engaging in community and marketing initiatives , such as promotional events or contributing to marketing materials.
  • Communicating with prospective patients thoughtfully, supporting their understanding and use of care.
  • Taking ownership in the clinic’s shared growth and success , bringing initiative and curiosity.

  • Licensure & Work Eligibility :

  • Board Eligible / Board Certified (BE / BC) in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
  • 3-7 years of experience in child and adolescent psychiatry.
  • Massachusetts medical license.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
  • Living in commutable distance to Boston, MA.
  • Qualifications :

  • Demonstrated psychotherapy skills and enthusiastic interest in serving diverse populations of children, adolescents, and adults of all identities, experiences, and ages.
  • Interest in psychodynamic and psychoanalytic thinking, or curiosity about systems and relationships.
  • Cultural humility and alignment with clinic values, especially a commitment to LGBTQIA+ / BIPOC affirming care.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a capacity to convey calm, clarity, and containment to diverse patients and team members.
  • Experience navigating sensitive and confidential information with discretion and emotional maturity.
  • Strong interpersonal presence, able to set and maintain boundaries with warmth, particularly under stress
  • Nice-to-have :

  • Technological fluency, including confidence with Google Workspace, basic EHR platforms, and the willingness to learn new software.
  • Experience in school consultation or collaboration with educational teams.
  • Experience in a fast-growing, dynamic clinic environment where ownership and initiative are valued
