Truveta was born in the Pacific Northwest, but we have employees who live across the country. Our team enjoys the flexibility of a hybrid model and working from anywhere. In person attendance is required for two weeks during the year for Truveta Planning Week. For overall team productivity, we optimize meeting hours in the Pacific time zone. We avoid scheduling recurring meetings that start after 3pm PT, however, ad hoc meetings occur between 8am-6pm Pacific time.

Who We Need

We are seeking a senior product manager to take ownership of Truveta's generative AI research intelligence tools. These tools accelerate healthcare discovery by enabling researchers to ask natural language questions of the most complete and timely dataset in healthcare. This is a critical role at the intersection of healthcare, AI, and product leadership. You will define and execute the strategy for building trusted AI systems that set the standard for transparency, reliability, and impact in scientific research.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

• Own the roadmap for Truveta's generative AI system, partnering closely with engineering to deliver impact.
• Balance rapid experimentation with long-term platform evolution to expand adoption of these capabilities across multiple user personas.
• Set the vision for the systems required to drive impact, from agentic workflows that serve customer scenarios, to robust feedback loops with annotators that continuously improve our AI.
