We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to support our CEO and Vice President. This role requires exceptional organization, professionalism, and attention to detail. The right person will anticipate needs, manage multiple priorities, and serve as a trusted partner to leadership, helping keep both executives and their teams moving efficiently. This is a fully in-person position at our St. Louis office, where collaboration and communication are key.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and Vice President, ensuring seamless coordination of daily priorities and initiatives.Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic travel for executives and department staff.Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and follow-up documentation to ensure executives are fully equipped for all engagements.Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.Coordinate logistics for company events, leadership meetings, and speaking engagements, including travel and communications.Draft and manage executive correspondence, ensuring clarity, tone, and alignment with company values.Anticipate needs and proactively manage priorities to enhance executive productivity and organization.Support cross-functional projects and collaborate with other departments to ensure timely execution.Qualifications
5+ years of experience supporting C-suite or senior-level executives.Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills.Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.Strong writing and proofreading skills with attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools like Teams or Zoom.Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.Professional presence that reflects LUZCO’s values of Familia, Diversity, and Leadership.Join our team.
