GoHighLevel (HighLevel) (GHL) Website & Automation Specialist – Project-Based

GrassRoots Medical Marketing is expanding and seeking an experienced GoHighLevel (HighLevel) (GHL) Specialist for project-based work.

We’re looking for a creative problem-solver who knows how to build full websites, landing pages, and automations inside GoHighLevel — and understands how great design and functionality drive measurable results.

Our clients are independent, physician-owned medical practices. Every project we create is built with purpose : to elevate visibility, strengthen reputation, and increase patient growth.

Responsibilities :

  • Design and develop complete websites and funnels in GoHighLevel
  • Customize pages for SEO, mobile responsiveness, and lead conversion
  • Integrate calendars, forms, chat widgets, and tracking tools
  • Build and test automations, pipelines, and lead workflows
  • Connect email and SMS campaigns for ongoing engagement
  • Collaborate with our marketing and content team to deliver cohesive, high-performing client projects

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience developing websites and automations within GoHighLevel (required)
  • Strong grasp of funnel strategy, CRM integrations, and user experience design
  • Detail-oriented with both creative and technical skill sets
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Bonus : Experience in healthcare or familiarity with HIPAA-compliant marketing practices

    • This is a remote, project-based contract role — ideal for a freelancer or consultant who knows GoHighLevel inside and out and enjoys bringing strategic marketing systems to life.
