Position Overview :

HALO is seeking a visionary and technically skilled Analytics Designer to lead the design and development of enterprise-level analytics solutions. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders across all units to understand data needs and translate them into actionable insights using descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics. As we build a centralized enterprise data warehouse integrating data from various ERP, CRM, and other transactional systems, this role will be instrumental in shaping the analytics layer that drives strategic decision-making and business growth.

Compensation : The estimated salary range for this position is between $100,000 - $130,000 annually. Please note that this pay range serves as a general guideline and reflects a broad spectrum of labor markets across the US. While it is uncommon for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the range, compensation decisions are influenced by various factors.
