Material Handler – All Shifts Available

Location :  Rogers, MN

Job Type :  Full-Time

Pay :  $20–$25 / hour + $3 / hour shift differential (for qualifying shifts)

About the Role

We’re seeking motivated and adaptable  Material Handlers  to join our fast-paced warehouse team. This role offers exposure to multiple departments and tasks, making it ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and are eager to learn. While forklift operation may not be guaranteed, you’ll be trained and engaged in a wide range of material handling and logistics activities that are essential to our daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack items based on detailed pick sheets
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and ensure order accuracy
• Build pallets and break down boxes for efficient shipping
• Operate manual and powered pallet jacks throughout the warehouse
• Safely drive various equipment including reach trucks, stand-up and sit-down forklifts, and tuggers
• Load and unload trucks using lifts or manual equipment
• Support shipping and receiving operations, including ERP system (Epicor) usage and dock door coordination
• Cross-train with production teams as needed to support broader operations

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $25.50 / hr.
