The role of a PM&R physician is to implement and supervise a rehabilitation program to
improve quality of life. Patient care will involve performing functions such as patient examinations, ordering diagnostic testing and studies, and pain-relieving procedures and therapies.
Duties include performing :
- Telemedicine and in-person appointments with patients
- Order diagnostic studies and tests determined relevant to patient care
- Develop and execute a plan of recovery for those who have suffered a traumatic brain injury and other traumatic injuries
- Supervise physical, occupational, speech, and related therapy programs
Nice to have :
Travel to our other locations in South Texas as needed
