Shift : Day Shift, 4x10-Hour (07 : 00 – 17 : 00)
Job Responsibilities :
Perform and assist with interventional radiology procedures including angiography, embolization, stent placement, and biopsies.Operate fluoroscopy and digital imaging equipment to capture high-quality diagnostic images during procedures.Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the process, ensuring safety protocols, and maintaining sterile technique.Monitor patient vitals and condition during procedures, collaborating with physicians, nurses, and anesthesia staff.Administer and document contrast media usage and adhere to radiation safety standards.Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment and assist with inventory management of interventional supplies.Accurately document procedures and patient data in the Epic electronic health record (EHR).Float within scope to support other radiology or procedural units as needed.Required Skills & Experience :
Minimum of 2 years of recent Interventional Radiology experience (required)Proficiency with vascular and non-vascular IR proceduresFamiliarity with sterile techniques, radiation protection, and advanced imaging systemsStrong communication and teamwork skills within a multidisciplinary environmentEpic charting experience (preferred)About HonorVet Technologies
