HH Global is hiring : Design Lead in New York

Purpose of the Job

This role is a key part of a dedicated global design team for our client's SMB Ads Marketing Team - a global leader in the Tech industry. As the Design Lead for the AMER region you will spend time on site at the client office, and build a strong working relationship with key client stakeholders. You will collaborate with the Design Lead for EMEA + APAC based in the UK and Dubai.

You will be required to fully understand our client's brand guidelines, and ensure adherence to these as you support both creative strategy and design execution. You will be very confident in taking + interpreting client briefs, understanding their campaign objectives, and packaging this together for onward internal or external briefing. You will deliver exemplary support in creative strategy, and ensure successful delivery of high quality creative assets to support various campaigns across paid media, digital campaigns for social, and other platforms, either through your own creative + design skills, or through overseeing additional support resources,

You will demonstrate a passion for innovation and AI integration into creative production, and use your understanding of this area to explore credible AI / automation tools to implement in the design process.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative solutions in line with the client's marketing strategy, and global brand guidelines.
• Manage and take responsibility for the creative output of your work, and support workers.
• Establish + operate a traffic management process to ensure best in class results are achieved.
• Be responsible for the design and development of specific projects, from design to output of media-ready artwork mainly across digital platforms.
• Collaborate with the client and colleagues to develop creative solutions to meet the client's needs, in line with their overall marketing strategy.
• Present your work to the client, and respond to feedback appropriately.
• Be aware of on-going basis of design trends, undertaking appropriate research when required, thus ensuring HH client's creative is innovative and appropriate for their regional audience.

Company Benefits

For New York applicants : The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $145,000 annually. Actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors that are unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, certifications and work location. This range may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor. The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus targets, benefits and / or other applicable incentives.
