Job Description

As a Security Professional - Retail Site - Morning Shift in Austin, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail / Malls and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to create a secure and welcoming environment within a dynamic retail location. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols throughout the premises, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and responding promptly to any situations that may arise. You will interact with guests, staff, and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication to address any questions or concerns. Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
