As a BDC Admin, you'll be the organized, customer-focused lead behind our sales success. You'll help drive growth by supporting the sales team with quality leads and outstanding customer communication. You'll :

• Engage with potential customers via phone, email, and online inquiries
• Set appointments and follow up to keep the sales pipeline moving
• Maintain and update our lead database with accuracy and efficiency
• Learn key vehicle features, promotions, and pricing to better support customer questions
• Help create a positive first impression that turns leads into buyers

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and / or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes : hourly rate ranging from $15-20 DOE, and bonus incentives total comp to not exceed $60,000.

High school graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required. We are a drug free workplace.
