Bilingual Recruiter

Role Responsibilities :

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for salaried roles, ensuring a seamless and efficient process
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing strategic recruitment insights
  • Enhance your professional network and recruitment prowess through active participation in hiring events and social media platforms
  • Craft compelling job advertisements to attract high-caliber candidates
  • Conduct proactive sourcing on platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed
  • Collaborate with talent attraction teams to devise effective visibility strategies
  • Maintain exceptional service quality and candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey

    • Candidate Requirements :

  • A minimum of 5 years in a Talent Acquisition role with a proven track record in the US market
  • Experience with SuccessFactors (SAP) recruitment module is essential
  • Fluency in French, with English as your primary language
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide effective support to managers
  • Proactive communicator with a keen interest in expanding your recruitment expertise
  • Passion for understanding people and aligning their skills with organizational needs
