Responsibilities

  • Assist senior agents in communicating with clients, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate guidance.
  • Input client information accurately into our systems and help maintain organized client records.
  • Engage in training sessions, workshops, and shadowing experiences to enhance your knowledge of insurance products and services.
  • Handle paperwork, emails, and other administrative duties to support the agency's operations.
  • Interact with clients professionally, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.

Requirements

  • Must have a Property and Casuality License or be willing to obtain.
  • Sales background preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, additional education in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • A genuine interest in helping clients find the best insurance solutions to meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid remote setting, balancing independence with collaboration to achieve team goals.
  • Eagerness to learn about insurance products, sales techniques, and industry trends to stay informed and provide valuable recommendations to clients.
