About the Role : The Portfolio GTM Lead is a senior strategic leader responsible for driving growth across a portfolio of accounts or sub-industries. You will architect the portfolio s GTM strategy for consistent market leadership, client transformation, and rapid AI adoption. Your focus will be to deliver AI-led, industry-defining value, position HCLTech as the trusted innovation partner, and ensure outcomes aligned to portfolio and vertical ambitions.

What is Expected of the Role

• Own the portfolio growth strategy, defining and evolving GTM vision for your sub-industry in sync with vertical and corporate objectives.
• Lead and mentor Account GTM Leads, driving alignment, transformation, and market impact through AI-powered frameworks.
• Develop scalable, industry-specific AI offerings that differentiate HCLTech and deliver measurable results.
• Collaborate to expand business, deepen relationships with sales leadership and client partners, and unlock new opportunities through elite consultative engagement and vision.
• Champion AI adoption by scaling industry best practices, leveraging platforms like HCLTech AI Force across the portfolio.
• Monitor portfolio metrics and pipeline performance, provide regular insights to senior leadership, and represent the company as a thought leader in external forums, partner networks, and client events.
• Drive outcome-based pricing for large transformational deals, ensuring HCLTech s value is consistently delivered and measured for clients.

Skills Needed

To excel in this role, you must bring a combination of leadership, business acumen, and AI expertise. Must have experience in one of the below Application Services (API, Cloud, DevOps, Microservices, Modernization), SaaS SFDC, BlueYonder Understand core enterprise platforms such as SAP or Oracle Business Analytics (Data Modernization, AI and Analytics), Engineering / MES / PLM experience

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
