As a Charge Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care while overseeing multidisciplinary collaboration within the Intensive Care unit. You'll be responsible for managing patient flow, staffing, resource utilization, and problem-solving effectively.

In this position, you'll engage with patients, families, physicians, administration, and colleagues to provide safe patient care, evaluate interventions, and anticipate resource needs.
