Weld Quality Control Supervisor

The Quality Control Supervisor is responsible for the direct supervision of hourly Quality Technicians for QC Inspections and Incoming Receiving, including planning, staffing, and day-to-day management of quality inspections, NDT testing and maintaining the Quality Management System.

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm

Location : Onsite; Knoxville, TN

Pay Range : Dependent on Experience | $65,000 - $100,000+

Essential Duties :

• Manage the QMS process at Aqua-Chem.
• Manage and Direct Daily QC Inspections, Incoming Receiving, Material Inspections, Outside Inspectors, Supplier Quality and the Gage Calibration Process.
• Work with management, customers, and other representatives in the planning Quality Plans, scheduling, coordinating, and directing quality control in conformance with customer requirements, engineering specifications, and production schedules.
• Assist in QMS, ISO, and Customer Audits
• Manage CAPA and NCMR Process
• Manage Quality Technician NDT Certifications
• Manage ASME Inspection and Audit Process
• Other duties as assigned by Manager / Supervisor.
