The Role :

Were looking for a stellar Staff Product Designer to help us take our mental fitness tools to the next level. As a part of our world-class design team, you'll work with product-oriented engineers, content strategists, and other stakeholders to help build stunning, thoughtful, and impactful experiences for our millions of users.

This is a fully remote position anywhere in North America or South America; however, we have a preference for candidates based in or around Los Angeles, CA.

How Youll Make an Impact Here :

• Independently lead complex design projects, delivering beautiful and creative results
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to solve deep problems with simple and elegant solutions that deliver value to our customers
• Utilize strong communication skills to articulate decisions and advocate for design excellence
• Foster talent by mentoring fellow designers to help them develop and improve their skills
• Work lean and fast as part of a small, high-impact, and high-output design team
• Directly influence product and company decisions
