Responsibilities Work in the Adult PACU of a hospital setting Cares for postoperative adult patients with a range of medical complexities 12-hour day shifts from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., three days per week No local candidates; must live outside a 50-mile radius Provide nursing care to post-anesthesia patients, monitor physiological data, and administer prescribed treatments Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members during patient recovery Communicate care plans and hospital procedures to patients and families May delegate tasks to support staff as appropriate Scrub attire or dress code will adhere to hospital policy Returning travelers may only extend once for a total of 26 weeks before a six-month separation is required Requirements Active RN license from Oklahoma or a compact multistate RN license Current certifications : BLS, ACLS, and PALS from the American Heart Association Minimum of one year of recent PACU nursing experience required Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program required Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-611683.
