Job Description
Lockheed Martin is seeking a Quality Engineer Staff (QE) based in Orlando, FL. You will be an Operations Quality Engineer for our Manufacturing Center team in SITC. The position requires engineering experience / knowledge developing and reviewing quality standards, methods, work instructions and procedures for the inspection of manufactured and procured products. Our team is responsible for ensuring the quality of electrical, optical, and mechanical components in our manufacturing processes, from assembly to integration testing.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Operations Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving our inspection and testing processes to guarantee high-quality products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve process issues, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement.

Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
