About Children of America (COA)

Our program serves children aged 6 weeks to 12 years, including Infant, Toddler, Preschool, Pre-K, Before and After Care, and Summer Camp.
Who Would I Interact with?
In this role, you will interact daily with Assistant Teachers, children, parents, management, and staff.
What are the requirements for this job?
- Bachelor's in early childhood (preferred)
- 1 year of experience in licensed childcare (preferred)
- Flexible in challenging situations
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to build strong relationships
- Commitment to professional development
- Effective decision-making
- First Aid / CPR trained
- Meet all state requirements
