Personal Care Assistant (PCA) / Caregiver

Join our dedicated team as a Personal Care Assistant, where you'll provide essential hands-on support to clients in the comfort of their homes. You'll report changes in clients' conditions, assist with simple procedures under supervision, and help clients with various activities of daily living while ensuring their well-being and safety.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Deliver personal care and assistance to seniors, helping them maintain a safe and comfortable living environment.
  • Support clients with daily activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and providing companionship.
  • Aid with movement, transfers, and exercises to promote mobility.
  • Remind clients to take medications, track their progress, and notify supervisors of any health concerns.
  • Maintain a safe home atmosphere by ensuring clear pathways and removing hazards.
  • Engage clients in enjoyable activities, including puzzles, games, reading, and hobbies to enhance their quality of life.

    • Qualifications :

  • At least 6 months of prior experience in adult caregiving or completion of a CNA course / certificate.
  • Provide two positive references to support your application.
