Job Title : Senior Account Manager

A Senior Account Manager will provide personalized service to high net worth members and non-members, advising them on insurance and risk management tailored to their needs. The role involves leveraging a full suite of insurance products, including High Value Personal Lines Products, to address each member or non-member's unique risk profile.

Key Responsibilities :

Advising high net worth members and non-members on insurance and risk management.

Utilizing a full suite of insurance products, including High Value Personal Lines Products, to address each member or non-member's unique risk profile.

Building relationships with underwriters and leveraging carrier contracts to place coverage for members' businesses.

Reviewing risks and addressing them with advanced multiple policy solutions.

Issuing all insurance documentation in a timely and organized fashion meeting all compliance and regulatory guidelines.

Providing virtual solutions to members utilizing virtual presentations and virtual document management systems.

Serving as a coach and resource to team members and facilitating unit training needs.

Requirements :

Expert knowledge of Agency Management Systems / Customer Relations Management (CRM) & multiple carrier platforms.

Advanced understanding of calculating Insurance to Value (ITV) on a wide range of property types and structures.

Strong understanding of the competitive landscape and evolving regulatory environment.

Ability to effectively identify, measure, monitor, and control risks associated with business activities in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.
