Job Description

We're seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior HR Business Partner to support our dynamic, remote-based national sales organization. This role is ideal for an HR leader who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and is passionate about driving business outcomes through people strategies. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to sales leaders, helping shape culture, optimize talent, and enable organizational effectiveness.

What You'll Do

Primary Responsibilities :

• Serve as a key HR advisor to sales leadership, fostering strong relationships and driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement, performance, and retention.
• Lead workforce planning, organizational design, and change management efforts aligned with business goals.
• Provide guidance on talent development, coaching, career pathing, and succession planning.
• Manage employee relations matters with a proactive, compliant, and confidential approach.
• Support onboarding, performance management, and employee development programs tailored to a remote workforce.
• Partner with the Total Rewards team to support compensation-related initiatives, including providing input on role benchmarking and market pricing to ensure alignment with business needs.
• Analyze HR and business data to uncover trends and inform decision-making.
• Translate metrics into actionable strategies that improve team effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
• Partner with the Global HR team on cross-functional initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with California employment laws and company policies, especially around wage and hour regulations, leaves of absence, and remote work standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Base Salary Pay Range : $120,000 - $145,000 + Bonus

An employees pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of Hydrafacials total rewards package for our employees.
