ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Care for a travel nursing job in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Registered Nurse - Rehab\n\n

Schedule\n

Night shift : 3x12 hours (19 : 00 - 07 : 00) with weekend coverage required every other weekend (Saturday / Sunday). Holidays may be required. This is a 13-week contract position.

\n\nJob Description\n

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with experience in rehabilitation to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior charge experience in a rehab setting, with a focus on managing a diverse patient population including adults and geriatrics.

\n\nResponsibilities\n \n

  • Provide nursing care to patients recovering from surgeries, injuries, or treatments.

    • \n

  • Conduct assessments and implement individualized care plans.

    • \n

  • Monitor vital signs and interpret dysrhythmias.

    • \n

  • Manage medications, including anticoagulants, diuretics, and other relevant therapies.

    • \n

  • Assist with various procedures such as NG tube insertion and PEG tube management.

    • \n

  • Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.

    • \n \n\nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure\n \n

  • Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a rehab setting.

    • \n

  • Current BLS certification is preferred.

    • \n

  • Experience with patient ratio of 1 : 15.

    • \n

  • Proficient in charting systems and IV therapy.
